Our Vision

To provide a safe, caring space where young people are nurtured, equipped and empowered to fulfil their potential and use their skills and unique personalities to transform the community around them.

What does this look like?

It’s cultivating a place where they have the opportunity to:

  • make friends & develop healthy relationships

  • understand their strengths & weaknesses and reflect on their hopes & dreams

  • build their confidence & self-belief

  • learn about good health (physical, mental and emotional) & live it out

  • learn & develop essential life skills, including healthy social interaction

  • try new things, be brave & not be held back by a fear of failure

  • develop their talents & encourage excellence in themselves and others

  • take on greater responsibility (developing integrity, empathy and humility) & lead by example

  • grow as individuals & as part of a team (with peer to peer support & guidance from positive adult role models)

  • have fun!

Our Mission

To engage, equip and empower local young people so they can fulfil their potential. We want to see transformation in their own lives and in those around them. By bringing together the youth, experienced leaders, local volunteers and like-minded organisations, we provide our young people with the tools and support they need to live well & share real community in an increasingly isolated world.

Our main objectives are to:

  • Provide a safe space for young people to hangout, make friends, learn new skills and have fun

  • Support and improve their physical, mental and emotional health & wellbeing and help address hardship

  • Develop their sense of purpose, value and belonging

  • Enhance their leadership skills, encouraging them to be brave, take on responsibility and make a positive difference to the lives of others

  • Improve their employability.

How do we do this?

  • Engage
